Todd Haselhorst

With over 15 years of experience in building high-growth logistics and tech companies, Todd has started six companies and exited two, including one to NYSE:KARS. Two of his companies are actively growing with valuations above $120 million.

A multidisciplinary entrepreneur, Todd has a diverse background in company building, tech/crypto/blockchain, tokenomics, mechanism design, and ecosystem development to drive network effects.

He grew up in Kansas City in a family of entrepreneurs, contractors, farmers, and blue-collar workers. At 12, Todd started his first business mowing lawns for neighbors and handed it over to his dad when he entered high school to focus on athletics. He attended Kansas University, where he studied economics and game theory while playing on the football team. The team, which began with a 2-10 record as a freshman, finished 12-1 and won the Orange Bowl in 2008.

As a two-time cancer survivor, Todd is deeply passionate about nutrition, meditation, exercise, and mindful practices. He is committed to creating new tech-based economic systems to foster a more sustainable, peaceful, and prosperous future for all.

23+ years of experience as the Founder and CEO of Heated Details, Inc. a Seattle-based award-winning design & development firm delivering technology and creative services to Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Starbucks, and Mercedes-Benz. At Heated Details, Tommy realized considerable successes in the areas of digital marketing, monetization strategy, eCommerce, user engagement, enterprise-level software development, and analytics.

Early in his career Tommy co-founded Saltworks, LLC, now the world’s largest importer and exporter of specialty salts. Working closely with his partners, they grew the business from a garage-based operation to a multimillion-dollar powerhouse with over 60 employees and a completely custom state-of-the-art, 110K sq. ft. production and distribution facility. Saltworks has earned recognition in Entrepreneur Magazine and was placed in Inc.’s 500 for seven straight years. Tommy is a seasoned and successful serial entrepreneur with a passion for building solution-oriented technologies and, he is resolute in his commitment to solving the supply chain and logistics industry’s greatest challenges.
